The aim of this project was to develop a financial reporting pack that enabled the senior management team to quickly and easily understand the performance of the key profit drivers within their business.

The revised pack was developed through working closely with senior management, the finance team and senior business unit leaders, helping them to understand the key business drivers and to develop a reporting mechanism to capture this information quickly. During the project we also provided mentoring to the finance team and business unit leaders to enable them to respond more proactively to the information requirements of senior management.
